DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE NAME, LIKE WE DID!!! IF you're still thinking about drinking and/or eating at this place, go through the... line, as if you're ordering it to go, find a seat/table, and when they bring it out to you, THEN eat it there. DON'T just sitdown, for "Dine-In", even as instructed, since the Server won't get to you for a LONG time, not even to acknowledge you!!! Muchmore, get drink orders, and food orders!!! IF you were to sit down, for "Dine-In", a Server has to "open a tab for you", beforeyou can order!!! So! Not only will you have to wait for a Server to acknowledge you, but now, you have to wait for that Serverto "open a tab for you"!!! IF and hopefully WHEN, she FINALLY does, and when you scan the QR code on the table, and place yourorder through your phone, the food thankfully comes out pretty fast. BUT! Don't expect a GOOD burger (for $11) and/or a side offries (for $5), cause you WILL be disappointed!!! Also, said Server won't check up on you, and when she FINALLY does, as you'retowards the end of your meal, don't bother asking for more ketchup, to finish up your $5 side of fries...She'll forget and bebusy inputting her tips. We were so appalled by how horrible this place was, we lost our "appetite", didn't even finish our $5side of fries, and just left. Thankful we were able to pay through our phone, cause who knows how long it'd take for her toinput her tips, bring us our check, run our credit card, and come back with it. PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!!! Read more

While waiting in DFW for a flight home I stopped by for a bite. Love Shack has burgers; beef, mushroom and beyond. Hot dogs of... various taste appear as well. Being half country I went for some yard bird, the classic chicken sandwich. The sandwich was madefrom a juicy breast seasoned nicely with lettuce, tomato, cheese (if you want, I didn't) and their special sauce. Thatcombination was a winner for me. If I'm traveling through DFW I will definitely head back their way. P.S. local beers arepresent and I always try them wherever I'm visiting. Read more

Very disappointed! Order the crispy chicken sandwich, a side order of fries, and bottled coke (~$18). The fries were soggy and... not seasoned... Not even salt. Chicken of the sandwich was extremely dry yet greasy as well as under seasoned. Could not finish. Read more

The service was very good. The food was very good. Alaska isn't a cheap place to visit, but, worth every cent!!

More of a fast food counter type ordering environment. Didn't have high expectations going in but hoped for better. Pre flight... meal of burgers, nachos and chicken sandwich with our family of 4. Fries were cold, chicken sandwich was a puck and nachos werecovered in nacho cheese versus real cheese. Everything was super salty. Burgers were OK but well done and dry. I'm usually theone that tries to make the best out of meals but this one was pretty bad. Was hoping the glass of bourbon would changeeverything but it was barely a 1 ounce poor. ???? Read more

I got the pulled pork nachos and they were not authentic nachos. They basically tasted like Taco Bell nachos. I gave it 3 stars... because the drink I had from the bar was good. I believe there were better restaurants inside the airport. Read more

Beyond subpar burger. I usually try to avoid airport food altogether. Should have went to panda express like I was going to. Had... the 'loveburger' . So plain! Not only not hot or fresh but barely warm!! Toppings were falling out come on. Should be 3 or4$ If you don't like frozen burgers that are half cooked. Avoid Read more

Good place. They have a limited menu right now. I got the burger, but the crispy chicken sandwich looked better. The service... is very fast, so it's a good place to grab something before your flight. Read more
