Surprisingly delicious! I ordered a large thin double pepperoni pizza with cheese bread. My pizza was fresh, hot and the cheese... stretched when picked up a slice. My cheese bread didn't disappoint either. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because thelady who took my order at the front needs to work on her customer service skills. On the other hand, the cook who gave me myorder was very nice and friendly. He actually seemed like he enjoyed his job. I definitely give the pizza and the cook a ????. Read more
I placed order for delivery on 9/23/20, at 8 p.m. Door dash apparently canceled the pick up. The store never notified me of... this. I was able to make it to store at 9:50 p.m. and as I approached the store, I was being flagged that they were closed. Yetthe store closes at 10 p.m. As the cashier attended me, he stated that I called and canceled my order. That was a LIE, I neverdid cancel my order. I didnt call the store until 9:15 to ask about my order. Even the store didnt answer my call. I called theconsumer help line, but never got an answer. So I went to store to ask. At the store, I was told they weren't able to get myorder, they were closed and that I would be getting my money back. They said they could give me other pizzas that they had inthe warmers. Little did he know that those were my pizzas. It had my name on the pizza box receipt. Why wasn't I, the customer,notified? My number and email is always supplied. Worst serve EVER not to mention I found a long black hair in my pizza. And when I called to complain Mida the "manager" decided... to debate about the color of the hair and take they only had brown hair not black. So when I went to pick up my replacement shewas there with her long dark hair and NO HAIR NET. There were three other customers and I let her know that I called in thereplacement order. I then had to wait another 15 mins before she put my pizza in the oven. I got my order after everyone hasleft the store. I would never order from this store again. The one on Abrams is WAY better.
