We have eaten here a couple of times and the food tastes great each time. We tried calling and placing our order ahead of time... but no one picked up the phone and the website kept defaulting to a location in Wyoming so we had to go in and wait. The servicewas good, we did have to check our order before leaving as we did not receive the fries we ordered. But we will go again when Iam not in the mood to cook. Read more
BEST.BURGERS.IN.DALLAS topped off with incredible hospitality! My one friend brought another friend and me here for the first... time tonight saying they?re the best burgers in Dallas. Honestly, I was slightly skeptical, but I must admit now, they totallyare!! I was already drooling from reading the amazing signature options on their menu. Gage, gentleman who helped take our orderat the counter, was so friendly and gave us great recommendations. I went for the Chillerno burger with a bison patty - SO GOOD!My one friend got The Traitor with fried chicken breast - MOUTHWATERING! The flavor combo concoction as-is on that thing is sogood, she didn?t even use the side of ranch she asked for! And if you love sauces as much as me, oh my goodness y?all! TheirLiberty Hot Sauce - UHHHHH-MAZING! Liberty Mustard - Come again? What is this goodness?! And their Thai Chili Aioli - GET OUT OFHERE DELISH! Also, the sweet potato fries are a must! To top of an already delightful and flavorful experience, the entirestaff working was extremely kind and generous. I believe it was their manager who even took the time to check up on us at ourtable midway through our meal. He did this even as it began to get a little busy with more guests. I'm really disappointed. I've lived off Gaston for 3 years and it was my first time trying this place out. All I ordered was a... side of onion rings to-go. And when I opened up the box, there were 2 long human hairs under one of the rings. I got reallybad food poisoning 3 weeks ago and had to miss work. So now knowing that Liberty Burger is unsanitary, as yummy as their foodlooks, I can't come back here again and risk anything. Read more
Certainly a nice Lakewood addition and very welcomed to that strip of retail shops. I have tried two of their burgers and both... have not disappointed other than the meat temp. When ordering make sure and ask for 'medium rare' to ensure that you are gettingthe true flavor. The Chillerno is the way to go if you are a 'Hatch' fan and add jalapeños to give it an extra kick. I loved this place I?m a vegan and they had an impossible burger that they can put into any of their burgers and sub and remove... to make fully vegan. The Person Who checked me out Scoot was very knowledgeable of what had dairy in it and what didn?t. And theGM Scott was very nice he checked in on us made sure we enjoyed everything and made the experience all the better. Great, thick, juicy burgers. Not small flat ones. Today I tried the 'Nooner' - burger, cheese, bacon, over easy eggs, and hash... browns - it was amazing!!! Love the shakes here as well. Large chunks of Oreo in the one I ordered. Clean place. Friendly staff.Family friendly atmosphere. Read more

I enjoyed the fact I could have a gluten free bun and they asked me how I wanted my burger cooked. They have beer on tap, which... is easy to miss the way it is located in the restaurant. The dining area is a bit cavernous so it gets loud easy making itdifficult to hear with just a few loud patrons. Read more
