ame here for Sunday brunch and was a little underwhelmed to start. Service was disjointed though we were originally seated smack... dab in the middle of the restaurant. Thankfully the manager realized the table was in the flow of traffic for staff and guestsand moved us to a booth, much more comfortable, and service turned around from there. I ordered a grapefruit mimosa(delicious), French toast (a little soggy but good) and a side of scrambled eggs (yum). Ambiance and playlist get 5 stars, service 4, food 4.5. Would consider coming back if I'm in the area. Read more

We ate at Knox Bistro last night - wonderful experience! We were seated on the patio, which we were quite concerned about... considering the Texas heat. Great news - it’s enclosed and air conditioned! The patio was the perfect setting, and moreintimate than inside the restaurant. We started with the Steak Tartare and Os a Moelle. Gnocchi and Poulet Fermier dans son Jusfor entrees. Dark Chocolate Soufflé with Vanilla Gelato and Espressotini for dessert. Everything was delicious! We willdefinitely be back for dinner to try the Soufflé au Fromage and Le Burger au Poivre. Also very interested in coming back forbrunch! Read more

The food was absolutely delicious, and the host was welcoming. The waiter and waitress who attended us were unfortunately not to... good. There was a different kind of energy with us than the rest of the customers. My sister and I were undecided of how well wewanted our burger to be cooked as we were splitting it and the waiter seem to be annoyed. I asked for a condiment twice and itwas never brought. We asked if they had pasta for the dinner menu(we were currently in the lunch menu), the waiter replied thatwith, “no, this is a French restaurant”. Then we asked to take the extra bread ordered to go along with the leftover cheesefrom the charcuterie board to go and we were missing the bread in the end since the waiter “packed” it for us. We spend atotal of $150 and still have the waiters 18%, which we regretted afterward. This place will be great with better service forall. Read more
