This has to be the worse KFC in the entire franchise. They are ALWAYS out of something, and majority of the people that work... there are rude. Today they were out of 3 of the 5 things I tried to order, and the person taking the order had an attitude withme as if I was the one doing him a disservice. Read more
Very hit and miss location. One day I'll have great interactions w the employees and the food is cooked to perfection. The next,... no one answers the drive thru intercom, employees are rude and tenders completely overcooked, it's literally uneditable. Read more

Customer service is absolutely horrible, I?m very shy so I don?t say much ( I speak ask for the order and say thank you when... everything is finished ). However this situation was horrible. The guy at the register Stanley a dark skin slender maleconfirmed my order had an attitude the whole time. I waited for the food to be complete and I enjoy it being bagged he went andmessed with his nose with no gloves and the chicken grabber picked up the food ?.disgusting I then asked if he wouldn?t mindgiving me another piece instead of that one and he said no I told him quietly it?s because I saw him pick his nose and I justfelt uncomfortable?his response was him yelling and saying no that?s my problem. I then asked if there is a general manger I canspeak with and for his name he yells and says ?im me ? and call corporate. Being that this was already an disgusting andhorrible customer service experience I just wanted to ask for corporate number and leave his response was go look it up it?s afranchise.
