This is not the same KFC/TacoBell as before. The staff use to be so rude and the resturant was always filthy. This is the best... experience I have had in over a decade. New management and employees gave this location a full turnaround. I said I would neverrecommend this location and now I have to eat those words. Read more
If I could give them a zero I would yesterday I went to this restaurant which was suppose to have Taco Bell and kfc but no Taco... Bell only kfc I?m wow ok then they said no biscuits or coleslaw really I wanted to pass them so I got the popcorn chicken meal Iasked for it fresh at the speaker went to the window the drive thru workers lied told me my stuff was fresh I told her let mecheck it an it was old so I told her you didn?t have to lie and it?s not fresh she parked me so I got out an went in to watchthem because at this point I don?t trust them at all now in the lobby the workers was playing around not working there wasreally no business at all it was some young boys you was going behind the counter playing with the workers an then a lady cameto the front an asked the boys if they could do a review for her using their receipts for food this place need to be closedbecause it?s very unprofessional there period so don?t ever eat at the place because you?ll be writing a bad review also.. Hours of operation need to get fixed. They closed way before closing time as mentioned or specified business hours. As for... someone who worked in the business, we closed at 12 midnight then picked up and cleaned after. We never closed before closingtime and denied service to costumers . Other than that, fix the opening and closing times accordingly. Read more
The guy in drive thru was not courteous. The young lady at the window was courteous. Ordered all dark combo--thigh and... drumstick. Received a drumstick and breast. Hate white meat. Seems common here Read more
Poor communication. I waited at the drive thru for 5 minutes I kept saying hello. So I pull up to the window in said I waited... back there no one said anything. She said yea because I was busy, well don't you think you could of said that instead of havingme keep on saying hello. So I told her what I was trying to order she said you have to go back in line. I left I wasn't about towait in that long line. Need better communication skills. Read more
A friend went to KFC on Hampton and Singleton, To get me a pot pie chicken pot pie I was so disappointed this is the 2nd time... I have gotten a pot pie from them That was absolutely Mush on the inside, The potatoes mushy carrots mushy, NO juicewhatsoever!! no juice!! I could accept with the the mushy vegetables if it would have been some juice in the pie, whoever iscooking there need to stop, I am so angry because I am sick and I send a friend to get this, They had to go back to work so I'mstuck with a mushy Good looking mess.????
