Slow to help counter customers. Run down inside. Taste like KFC which I like. This location needs help.
Only stopped by this location for a large fry, but they actually made it fresh and the girl was actually nice!

Worst drive thru ever. Had to wait 20 minutes in the parking lot and then still go inside to get my order.

A bunch of unprofessional gals standing at the counter who sincerely lacks customer service skills.. ordered crispy fried... chicken and despite telling them to serve fresh hot chicken, they gave me a bucket of cold chicken pieces.. and when asked aboutit , she said you have to wait for 20mins for fresh chicken.. couldn't she tell me about it before giving me my food.. and thattoo they are not apologetic about it and made faces as if every time they smile it costs them a dollar.. the same outlet alsoserved me same stale bucket chicken last time I came here and when I told them about it, they just made an expression lessface.. by the way rudest among the lot was a girl named "Abigail".. and needless to say that the place is dirty, stinky and theyare not even cleaning the tables after the customers left.. the toilets are messy and toilet papers everywhere and stinky... andthe shift / store manager "Sandra" was not bothered about the whole thing..Photos attached.. Old chicken hard pieces. Had to pick most of it out just to eat it on my lunch break. Guy in drive thru with tattoos on fingers... is the worst try to be hard. I hope managers get involved, because this is bad. Read more
