My son had been asking to go to KFC for a few months now. We decided to stop by after church and I am glad we did. The customer... service was a 10+! From multiple employees! I even told my husband ?these people deserve a raise? just due to their outstandingcustomer service. I always expect mid service from fast food places so when I received quality five star restaurant service, Iwas floored! Service was slow, there wasn't many workers and when more workers came in they were getting confused on who was working on... what. My wait was about 30 min and glad I checked my order because I was missing couple of things! Read more
If I could give this place a 0 star I totally would! Worst management worse staff this place is not organized at all! What kind... of chicken place has no chicken! I was trying to order crispy chicken for my orders manager told me it?s going to be 5 min. Andthen she told me 35 min saying they don?t order a lot of crispy chicken. This place is so unprofessional I would never come tothis place ever again. Customer service is the worst. I would like to talk to someone in charge of this place because this is sounacceptable! As a working person that only has 30 minutes for lunch, it is soo frustrating to show up to a spot I enjoy eating and be told... were not ready, when it says you open at 10:30 am and I was there at 10:50am, not only did I waste almost half my break, gas andmost importantly without anything to eat for lunch. I am very disappointed with this KFC location, i ordered a family meal they did not put my biscuit order along with mashed... potatoes when i got home i called this location but i could not get a answer. The next day called this location again to voicemy displeasure. So the manager offered me a free family meal.she told me to redeemed is any time,so now i get my phone numberblocked. So i let it go! so i went back to purchase 12 piece wings and waited for 7 minutes so i went to eat wings bit into it.It was raw in the inside. Called but no answer again. I used to love going here for lunch, now ill sit out hoping they will getnew management. i will go somewhere with good customer service. The last time I ordered from this particular KFC the chicken was salty, and the lemonade tasted ?old.? I tried to give them a... second chance, and the tenders I ordered were dry, and lacked flavor. They didn?t have that authentic ?KFC? taste. The sweettea, macaroni and mashed potatoes were good. I just wish they would step it up a notch, bc when I think of KFC it is a nice,unique KFC flavor that I am looking for, and it just didn?t have that. It?s disappointing bc I pay for that KFC taste, idk whythe last 2 times it just doesn?t deliver?? I?m going to have to try the other KFC in the area, to see how thattastes. Definitely reporting to corporate, just arrive at this kfc at 10:33 they didn't take my order they said they're close, the big... guy with glasses was outside taking out the trash and said they will not serve old food and they're slow. That was the excusewhy they wouldn't take my order, I would never come to this ghetto unprofessional location.
