I see I?m not the only one the service at this location is horrible, and I see that KFC DOES NOT CARE BECAUSE ITS STILL... HAPPENING I went today at drive up the young lady asked me was I gonna order or what ok Then get to the window she slung thebag out to me and just looked at me so I asked for my receipt, because this was the last time this location treats me this way Igo to this location several times a week due to me delivering for Uber and DoorDash I have had to cancel several orders at thislocation due to the excessive wait times and as another person stated they do not greet you when you come in. You have to try toget their attention and when you do there?s no sense of urgency to assist you they just look at you then you have to ask themover and over if the order is done or have they even started on it and most of the time no customers are at this location. Wish I could give 0 stars. All the KFC?s in my area need to be shut down giving horrible customer service and low quality... chicken like this. I just left the drive through at this restaurant. The girl in the drive through window with the pink braids seriously needs an... attitude adjustment. It?s been since about 2014 since I had KFC (besides once in 2019 in India). As I browse the menu in thedrive-through, it takes me longer than it should have to find the sides list. I ordered the 12 piece meal and still couldn?tfind the sides, so I asked ?I can?t find the list of sides- where are the sides listed on here?? She responds ?they?re on themenu.? That?s incredibly helpful, thanks. It takes me an additional 30-45 seconds to finally find the unnecessarily small listof sides, but I do find it, although I?m now irritated and wish I would have tried Popeye?s instead. Read more
