I just left the location roughly around 3:45pm. I'm home and realized I forgot or was in too big of a rush to check my order and... miss my chicken strips and second piece of pie that I thought I paid for. I called the line multiple times and no one answered.Maybe they're busy. Understandable considering when I was there I was told to pull-up and that the young lady would open thedoor so I could quickly run in and out from the drive through. Can someone please call me back. I live close to this location. I always wondered why it's always so empty? Today I got my answer. My husband and I sat in the... house deciding which chicken house we wanted and it's been a long time since we had kfc so I chose that. Showing up I asked doyou still have the 20$ fill up? Young lady in the back said no. I said that's OK give me a sec to decide. I said ok I'll havethe 8 pc chicken with 2 LG side and biscuits for 24.99 I said Crispy please. The young lady cooking informed the young man atthe counter they don't make crispy chicken there they only make original. I said ok never mind I'll go somewhere else. It seemedlike she just kept saying no to everything. The young man apologized to me and I left. I'm very curious does kfc not make crispyfried chicken anymore?
