This location is terrible. The last four times they have completely given me the wrong order.. I order a large family chicken... meal, GRIlLED! Always order it the same, and they always give me fried.. I have complained twice to which I was told it was toolate cause they had already given it out.. this time, after I order a 16 piece grilled, they asked me if I was okay with onemaybe two fried pieces cause they were a little short on grilled.. what did I get ? The entire 16 piece fried, not grilled as Ispecified three times over the intercom! Honestly enough to make me never eat at a kfc again, as my diet restricts fried foods!Giving this entire bucket to my dogs yet AGAIN! I?d give zero stars if I could. They did not give me all my food and just threw my biscuit in the bag. No plastic or anything covering the biscuit. Just thrown... in the bag.So went back up there asked to speak with the manager she would not come to the window. She allowed little kids totry to correct the mistake, so I just asked for a refund. Will not be going back to this KFC. Horrible customer service. If Icould give less than one star, I would. Read more
