For an establishment to advertise their ?freaky fast? delivery ability and not meet those standards is pretty disheartening. My... office is literally down the street and yet my order was 1 hr late! On top of that, incomplete, no drinks or chips or cookie. Icalled the first time and spoke to a manger from another store that was there that day, Allen, who said they were short driversso he?d refund my money, that didn?t happen. Today I spoke to ?JR? who was rude and apparently told me that delivery driver?does this all the time?. I?m supposed to be getting a refund so we?ll see. Read more
I purchased two sandwiches from this restaurant. The sandwiches was cold. I told the person taking my order. Not to put... tomatoes on my sandwiches. Guess what! Tomatoes. I scratched all night. I'm a fan of the food chain; however, this is the WORST location I have ever ordered from. I have never written a review... (positive or negative) for any restaurant but I had too this time. This is my THIRD time ordering from this location and everytime I order there is always an excuse on why my food will not make it for another 50 minutes to 1 hour. That is regular timewhen you are ordering from another restaurant but people order from Jimmy Johns because of their convenience speed of service.If this location can't keep up with the marketing strategy that was set for the company, maybe you should look into closing thisone down Mr. Jimmy. Love their bread, soft and always fresh. You can buy a day old bread for cheap. They started offering a smaller size sandwich of... the Originals called the Little John for $3. Less calories and a great size alternatives for those that can't finish the 8"sandwich. The Turkey Tom and Totally Tuna are our favorites. We dined in and had a good service from this location. 1st off let me begin with saying that Jimmy John's is great. I have always had good experiences with them other than with this... location. I ordered from them last week and the order took almost 40 minutes to arrive, their excuse was that the driver had twoother orders near by but should be there soon which they did not arrive soon. I decided to give them another chance today and Iwas disappointed again. I ordered my food waited about 30 minutes and called to find out what was going on and got the sameexact excuse (and i mean exact). Both times I got my food after my lunch break ended so I had to sit there and wait until thenext break to eat my food which by then the bread was soggy and not enjoyable at all. I have ordered from them 6 times now in the past three months, and all but one experience has been AWFUL. My most recent order,... of one sandwich took over an hour to arrive. when I called to store to make sure nothing was wrong, I was told "Ohh well... wehad some bigger orders that had to get done before yours. But it will be on its way soon." that is not how a company works! Disgusting And Unsanitary I went in on a Tuesday afternoon to get a tuna sandwich. There was one man behind the counter... stalking shelf supplies. I asked for the sandwich and he proceeded to handle the bread with the same dusty gloves he had on. Ifit was cooked food that I was getting I wouldn?t care but it?s really disgusting when he?s physically touching the food withdirty gloves.
