So I have been ordering from this location for the last year and I probably order from here 3-5 times a month. With that beings... said the last 2 months the quality of product that they are putting out is unacceptable. The last two times I have ordered theULTIMATE PORKER it has had one piece of bacon on it! Today my chips were opened when they got here and my root beer was strictlycarbonated water! They either do not get my order correct or it takes over an hour to get here and I am less than a mile fromthe location. Several times my bread has been wet as if water were spilled on it from the wet lettuce. I will not be orderingfrom this location anymore especially around lunch because the quality is awful. Attention to detail is so important in asandwich shop because lets face it .. Sandwiches are plain. So if they are not prepared well its obvious. I order here so muchbecause its convenient but I would rather waste half of my lunch and stand in line at PotBellys than be served the type of foodthat I have been getting. A 20$ sandwich order should be GREAT and my experience was far short of that mark. Read more
I?ll give this place 3 stars because the food is fast and really good. I did not give it the last 2 stars because of how... unbelievably rude the man was taking my order. *Update: The franchise owner did email me and offer to either comp my meal or issue a credit toward the next meal. I responded... to his email with my preference. 12 Days later I've yet to receive a follow-up response. Unfortunately, you cannot give 0stars. I placed the order at 2:55. I called the store and was told my order was next to be delivered. They must have flipped astatus change after that to make it appear that it was being delivered; it still took an additional 21 minutes from the originalcall to arrive. Our office is maybe 1/4 of a mile from the store. My order finally showed up at 3:40, and it's a wet soggy mess. I understand that they might be short-handed for delivery drivers; In that situation, you should either not charge $3.99 fordelivery + tip and / or you should throw in a coupon for a 1/2 sandwich or heck even a cookie, etc as a token of failing todeliver a "Freaky fast" quality sandwich. Or.... if you do not have drivers to keep up with the demand... grey out the optionso that your customers do not have a terrible experience and put a note that due to volume and / or lack of staffing we areunable to provide delivery at this time. That or you subcontract out the delivery to doordash when you cannot meet the demandand you transfer them the $4.00 fee and whatever tip was paid. Final thoughts.. if I order a $20.00 lunch that you do notintend to deliver for 40 minutes. Do not make the sandwich until it's minutes away from being sent out for delivery. This way mysandwich will not look like it went through a freaky fast carwash, or be a sloppy soggy inedible mess. Read more
