I ordered over an hour ago. It?s also been out for delivery over an hour. I called the restaurant after it had been 30 minutes... and they told me they would call the driver and get back with me. Another 30 minutes went by and I never heard from her so Icalled back. She told me the delivery driver was already back at the restaurant and they still had not delivered my order.FREAKY SLOW. At this point it's just not worth it. You are charging $12 a sandwich with no meat on it!
So far, this location has been horrible. You never get your food within an hour - at least that's my experience. My order is... right maybe 40% of the time, which is really bad. My kid has a tomato allergy and they just bypass the request of no tomatoes,making his food inedible. When you call the store to request an eta on delivery, your usually met with the monotone of whatsounds like a kid that has nothing better to do. They take no initiative in getting you needed information. I'd like to say thattheir management is better, but it's really not. Hoping to one day have a great experience at this store. If you?re hoping for ?freaky fast? delivery look elsewhere. Ordered two turkey toms at approximately 12:40 pm and only one... arrived an hour later. Went there today. $12.00 for a sandwich is what they charged me. Couldn't get there system to work and so I had to pay cash.... Then I asked if the sandwich came with anything else and they told me no. This is after I had ordered a combo. It was a turkeyand bacon sandwich not worth $12. They couldn't even give me a receipt. This location is very slow for weekday lunches. Today, it's been 1 hours since I clicked "submit order". I order lunch while at... work so delays are to be expected, but 60 mins for "Freaky Fast" isn't what I signed up for. ORDER: #5 Vito on whole wheat withsome extras & chips NOTE: I eat Jimmy John's multiple times a month. It's an easy, great lunch solution for when I cannot leavethe office. The girl helping me over the phone was oddly accusatory of a mistake she made on her part? I was changing from Pick-up to... Delivery, well aware that there were going to be surcharges. But only after the cancellation of my order does she tell me thatmy reward for the sandwich is not transferable... then tries to hold me accountable for not wanting to follow through with thechange in service and going on to tell me that the cancellation had to happen if I wanted to switch how I was getting my order?Yeah, I know that? But had she informed me BEFORE she cancelled my Pick-up order, I would have not wanted a Delivery service.How is that my fault? Weird. Read more
