For some reason. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in. Instead, the cashier just stared at me and said nothing. I asked... about the new sandwich and his answer was short and course. I ordered my sandwich and paid. My bank flagged my charge as fraudas I am not usually in this area. I politely asked if I could move to the side while I authorized the transaction. He said okand he preceeded to tend to the customer behind me. While authorizing my transaction, I noticed his disposition was surprisinglyfriendly and courteous with every customer after me. He even asked if they were members of the rewards club prior to takingtheir order. Once he was done servicing his customers, I was rung up. He still didn't offer me any combo, promotion or ask if Iwas a reward member. He continued to stare, had no conversation and rushed through the process. The entire experience wasuninviting and weird. He acted like he couldn't wait to get me out of the store. I've frequented Jimmy John's in other citiesand the vibe was always upbeat , Friendly and welcoming. That was not the case here. Today at 12:30 pm ordered #4,5& 15 & drink charged 4#5's, 15 & drink. They Said I would be charged twice didn't want to give... credit said it takes 2 days. Wanted me to pick out items Finally got credit watered down bad flavor Dr pepper and still my orderwas wrong paper said #4 #5 #15 but it was 2 #5 and 1#15 Don't get the drinks here and check your sandwich Read more
Third time this has happened- delivery has taken over 30 minutes and the person that answered the phone when I called just said... they were extremely busy with deliveries this day. That?s fine but they should have an alert when you try to order that it?stoo busy to get your sandwich quickly. Too bad, I will not order from them again. Also said the driver had multiple deliveriesin their car so I guess mine will be soggy when it arrives. Read more
I just started work at an office off of 35 and 635. This is the closest Jimmy Johns to my office. I was pleased because I can... get in and out quickly (this was going to be my go to sandwich shop). I came in two days ago and ordered a sandwich and a freshloaf of bread. They forgot to provide me with my loaf of bread. I figured they would just give it to me the next time I came inif I told them the situation. Today (Friday) I went in to pick up a sandwich. I told the person at the cashier desk and theylook at somebody else that was there...I am assuming a manager. That person said there was nothing the could do now. I won?t becoming back. You just lost my two sandwiches a week. Sandwich places are a dime a dozen. Read more
I don?t normally like to post reviews but I believe one needs to be posted here. I walk in to order, and the cashier wasn?t... friendly at all, in fact rude. Then at least two people come in after me to order and somehow they get their sandwiches beforemine. How is that possible?! When I finally get my sandwich and head back to work I open it up and find that my sandwich orderis wrong. It states on the receipt what I ordered and it?s wrong!!! How?! Very BAD service. If I could give this zero stars, I would. This was one of the worst sandwiches I've had ever! The bun was so hard you could tap... on it and it sounded like rock hitting cement. The tomatoes were so soggy they just fell apart. I was on my way to a meetingwhen I opened my sandwich and realized all this. I ended up eating the meat out of the middle because I was hungry and didn'thave time for something else but definitely NOT what I wanted for lunch! VERY disappointed and now hungry still. Read more
