My second time visiting Jimmy Johns and visiting this location. The sandwiches are good and both times my order was prepared... just the way I ordered it. I recommend their new Zesty Garden Turkey Club. It was delicious! This second time visiting however,I made a pickup order, and when I arrived to pick up my order, I stood there for a good 3-5 minutes (I'm the only customer btw.)The woman at the register looked at me and saw me and continued to fiddle around with the register completely ignoring me. Nogreeting, no "hello give me just a moment and I'll be right with you" or anything just complete and total neglect. Finally oneof the other employees walked over and asked her if she was going to get me, and she told him "no you can get him." Justrude!... At the very least the man who bothered to help asked if I had a drink with my order. That to me showed someconsideration. I'm a bit uncomfortable how the pick-ups are sitting out in the open. Especially with employees like the one Iencountered today being neglectful. Anyone can just come and grab your order on purpose or accident and be gone. Read more
The tuna sub was huge and delicious, fixed just like I ordered... with lettuce, green peppers, onions, black olives, jalapenos,... and mayo. The bread was just the right degree of chewy. And, the service was fast and friendly. The sub was slightly larger thanSubway, and it cost slightly more. They did not have corn chips, though... my only gripe. Read more
Short line when I got there. Slow return for the preparation of my BLT order last 12/9/19. By the time I got my order, I looked... at the line and it was way long already. Did I held up the line? No. It was just a very slow preparation of sandwich by thecrew. Somebody has to streamline whatever is missing there. Better yet change the management. Read more
Went this past Saturday on 12/14/19 @ 12:30 p.m. received my sandwich @ 1:15 p.m....45 mins....later....why you ask? Apparently,... the staff had a big order which they essentially put 'all hands on deck' to complete, but they neglected walk-in customers inthe process. Online orders were made of course, while others either left or waited (which we did due to our tight lunch windowand proximity). Once the sandwich was finished, no napkins or bag to carry....just a rush job....I won't come back to thislocation! History was definitely made! The slowest JJ's ever! Outstanding work! Read more
I haven't had a Jimmy John's sandwich in years but when me and my son's stopped for a bit to eat downtown OMG!! I realized I... have been missing out! This location is decent. I always order from here and I always get the same driver who is really sweet! He doesn?t talk but I?m in the hospital and he... knocks and wait for a response he seems to never care for a tip even though I always tip him.. They are really fast and friendlywhen you call!! They truly stick to Jimmy Johns words!! Always a pleasure so much so that I am officially tired of it for awhile..
