Reviews for Jimmy John's in Dallas, TX
Sandwich was good, but the driver dropped it off at the wrong hotel, so I had to walk to go get it.
Will never eat from this location again due to a bad experience with my delivery and subsequent treatment from the manager. The... deliver driver Jose is awesome, professional and has excellent customer service skills. He could definitely teach theowner/manager Jimmy how to treat customers. Read more
The staff at this location isn?t very attentive when you walk in and seem a bit overwhelmed but other than that it?s been nice... popping in and grabbing my pick up order during my work lunch break Read more
Friendly service as I walked in. But the bread is stale and side orders of kicking ranch were missing. The bread tasted... horrible. Absolutely ashamed. Read more

I ordered the #12 beach club sandwich with everything but mayo and it did not have sauce (Dijon mustard nor oil).Dafhne took the order but who made it? Please train your workers. This is an atrocity. worse than covid. aghhh Read more
Never cared for Jimmy's until my coworkers and I would ALWAYS order from the Med District location for lunch (we only get 30min... breaks). Grew to love me some Jimmy's, and they always did it right! Fast forward a year and a half of ordering and noticed theycertainly weren't "freaky fast" anymore. Waited over 45min and thought, well they're busy. I'll order in advance next time(since the meal came after lunch break was over). Waited about an hour or so the next time, this was ordered in advance. Stillmissed my meal. Didn't give up though. Again ordered early and again, meal came super late. I even tried at least twice afterthat! Finally called and asked for a refund, they gave me a hard time, mentioned "COVID", and gave me back the cost of my pickleand the tip I gave (which I always tip despite service). Months pass and last week I thought, let me try again. Nope. They werestill freaky late and not only that, the Beach Club came with thin layer of guac smushed in the fold- crack of the cheese(couldn't taste it at all). My "quartered pickle" also came not even halved, but split sideways...? I'm not a picky person atall, but this irked me so much I had to write about it. Didn't even call to complain, waste of breath, just writing this up andwiping my hands clean of Jimmy's. Coworkers are also done; friends and family who work at UTSW know about this place now andhave let others know to be mindful. Two stars instead of one because, you know, "COVID". *Update* Despite everything.... I gaveMed District Jimmy's one last try. And although I got my meal around the time I wanted (ordered asap in the morning andrequested it an hour before my lunch break begins) they didn't fail to disappoint. Completely wrong sandwich. And still skidmarkquac. Dropped from two to one star. Bye Med District Jimmy's. Read more
I gave this particular store 2 stars instead of 1 only because in the past I have not had any issues. The moment a company makes... a mistake and then insist the customer has to be put out due to their mistake I have a huge problem . my order was deliveredincomplete and upon notifying them I was informed they were to busy to bring the remainder of my order I would have to wait .Lets recap. I ordered and paid cash on arrival. the deliver driver left I immediately noticed my order was incomplete and calledthe said they will have the remainder out asap. Called me back to let me know they were to busy to bring the food I had alreadypaid for. im not sure why companies think that its the customer that gets put out in the event of their own mistakes but I amstarting to see this behavior more frequently. Its not my fault bring what I paid for . I take it all back They brought my chipsand gave me a free cookie.. I love jimmy johns medical district Read more
Ordered through app after my shift at 8pm and showed up a few minutes later. Figured they?d still be working on my order so I... could wait a few minutes (no big deal). When I walked through the door, both workers had their headphones in while cleaning inthe back part of the shop. I called out a few times and waved to try and get their attention to no avail. Honestly I probablyspent more time trying to get their attention and wave them down than it took for them to finally see me and prepare my order (Iprobably could?ve walked behind the counter to make my sandwich in that time frame). Actual sandwich was good lol. I justthought it could be kind of dangerous for the employees if they weren?t aware of the front door and the front of the shop! Read more
