My wife and I ate here twice. Best sandwiches I've had in years. The restaurant was sqeeky clean and the staff was excellent.... Will not be going back to Subway when There's a Jimmy John's nearby. You need to try their sandwiches. Awesome! Read more
Good but not great if compared to other options like Subway. For example JJ offers just one type of bread (white) and no warm... subs. Their own brand of chips tastes better than the comercial ones available elsewhere. The associate attending the cash wasin need of some more training. Read more

Ordered a sandwich to where I work and the delivery driver never made it to me. Called and talked to him multiple times and he... couldn?t figure it out. Gave him my exact location and still couldn?t find it. Called the store and she said she could find theaddress just fine. I sat outside my work for 45 minutes in the 102 degree heat and never got my food. The lady I spoke with onthe phone From the store was nice and helpful so it wasn?t the stores fault. Earlier this week, I visited to grab a quick lunch. Upon returning to the office, I realized my sandwich was not properly made.... I called and spoke to the general manager, Yvonne, and she was extremely apologetic and asked that I return so that it could bemade right. I went in today and not only did she comp my replacement sandwich, she promo'd my entire ticket/meal, though she didnot have to. It was not at all expected, but I certainly appreciate her going over and beyond to extend great customer service.Thank you, Yvonne! And they have the best BBQ chips and hot peppers! Read more
Pfff. Subway is garbage. This place smells fresh, rather than smelling like a refrigerator that's been left open over the... weekend. Good sandwiches, really fast. A little pricey, and sometimes they don't LBI when I ask for it (because by the time Isay it, they're halfway done with the sandwich - super fast). Good crew of people.
