Reviews for Jimmy John's in Dallas, TX
They closed an hour early, It's annoying when establishements do this. I did see two employees in there. Maybe they have a good... reason. Read more
The customer service was at an all time low at this location. My sandwich bread was stale and hard. The manger Karen was... horrible. I?ve never receive this type of service from a Jimmy John?s. I will never visit this location again until adjustmentsare made with the leadership. You?re suppose to care about your customers. Read more
Orded the new bleu cheese sandwich with extra Bleu cheese... called back to advise the sandwich was not made correctly and had... no Bleu cheese on it at all. Spoke to Joey who stated he made the sandwich himself and was sure he put Bleu cheese toppings onthe sandwich. I explained I opened both wrapped sections and they are both missing Bleu cheese on them. Joey stated he is surehe put it on the sandwich. I stated he did not and I would not be calling if he did. Joey said it w as strange that I am sayingthere is no Bleu cheese and he is pretty sure he put it on there. Joey stated he would make a paper note for a discountedsandwich on a future date. I spent $15+ for this meal and it is not made to standard and missing the toppings I outlined. I donot wish to return to this location for another $15 sandwich with a $2 credit. Joey stated he would credit the cost of the Bleucheese but would not replace the sandwich because he felt he made it right and doesn't think there is a problem. I will bring itback to the location tomorrow as soon as I am out of work so it can be proven that I am not lying. Read more
I would give the location a full 5 stars if the employees wore their masks over their nose and mouth while making sandwiches.... The mask hanging off the nose causes me to turn right around. The sandwiches that I have had made their with employees properlywearing a mask have been delicious Read more
Jimmy John's is a basic sub shop but the one in Victory Park is immaculately clean and the staff is friendly. They have fair... prices and they sometimes have specials which are fantastic. The Jimmy's peppers are one of my favs..... A small red pepperwith a medium spice. You can add them to any sandwich and they add a kick of heat. Delicious! They used to have a multi grainsub roll but they have discontinued it. They now only have a plain French bread roll, which may be a deal breaker on futureorders for me. I had the double roast beef and a tuna sub. Both were delicious. Read more
My first experience with Jimmy John's was this location and I have to admit it will be my last. The guy who waited on me was... extremely unprofessional, he didn't give me any idea of the order process and got extremely short with me when placing my order. When repeating my order, he spoke so fast I couldnt understand what he said so I ordered something I didnt want. Then realizingI wasn't asked what I wanted on my sandwich specifically, so I went back over to confirm my order. This guy actually gave me anattitude and sighed (loudly)when I wanted my sandwich corrected without meat before it even made! I waited for my sandwich and Iwas told he was the GENERAL MANAGER! The staff of ladies were on point and apologized for his behavior. Unfortunately the tastysandwich didn't make-up for his nasty attitude. Read more
