Shut this place down!!!! They take forever bc literally 2 people work there. Not sure what has happened to this place. I?ve eaten there several times and it?s been ?ok?, at least the staff was nice. Now,... the staff is insufferable and overflowing with attitude. Management needs to be present or this JJ will be extinct. Read more
I?d like to say, Thanks to Chuck and the Howell team!? There was a small mistake on my order. After, speaking to the manager... Howell. She apologized and ensured it wouldn?t happen again. I told her I was a regular, so I?d swing by one of these days tograb a sandwich. Being the great person she is, she sent out a the additional items missing from my order. PLUS ABONUS!!!! They don't call out your order nor place your order in a bag. Manager was cool, but the worker bees seemed to be angry that they... had to work at their job. This has been my experience about a half dozen times here. If it wasn't a convenient quick bite, Iwould never go. Read more
