Several slow deliveries here, today takes the cake, I placed my order at 1:40pm & as of now 3:32pm, I have not received it.... Almost 2 hours to deliver a sandwich from a restaurant that is half a mile away, ridiculous. I can see I am not the only personhaving issues with this location. Read more

I ordered a sandwich for curbside pick up. Got there and checked in on the app per usual Jimmy John experience. I then waited... outside for twenty minutes and no one came to bring me my sandwich. I walked in the store frustrated at that point because if Iwanted to walk into the store I would not have used the app. The guy, whom I presume is the manager, asked if he could help me.I told him I had a curbside order. He proceeds to look for it only to find that it hadn?t been made yet. He then tells me thatit would be a minute for them to make it. Frustrated, I told him that was ridiculous because I checked in twenty minutes ago.After learning that, he begins to try to make it right, apologizing profusely and offering me free cookies and chips (which Ideclined). I gave them 5 stars because of how they handled the situation. They were courteous and owned their mistake. Badthings are going to happen, but it?s how a business responds to it that matters most. And I thought this Jimmy John?s did aphenomenal job today! Read more

Years ago I tried ordering from here. It took nearly two hours and by the time I had finally canceled it, it showed up, and the... girl left with my food saying that it was my fault for canceling my order. Now, nearly 3 years later I try ordering from hereagain. It?s been an hour now that I?ve been waiting for my food. Update: I called to ask how long it would be and they said10mins. After 20mins I called and they told me they BROUGHT MY ORDER BACK TO THE STORE. I asked them why and they said thedriver ?didn?t feel comfortable leaving it on my doorstep,? like I asked them to, like WHAT??? Then they insisted they calledme. Turns out it was the wrong #. The general manager answered the phone like I did something wrong which frankly, set the tonefor the rest of that phone call. Feels like the effin twilight zone dealing w these people. UPDATE: my drink was wrong andthere?s a single piece of Turkey and a single piece of meat on here. Basically all bread. Read more

They will not work with Door Dash or other delivery service and insists instead in using their own driver. On two separate... occasions, they have taken nearly 2 hours to deliver a sandwich that did not even need to be cooked to my house, which is barelyhalf a mile away from the store. Totally ridiculous. They won't receive another dime of my money. Read more

Sandwiches are fine, and my order is usually correct. As for the delivery. There has been multiple times it's taken over an hour... to get my order. Today, I called to get a status after an hour, got put on hold for 5 minutes then was hung up on. I ended updriving up there to pick up my delivery order. Never ordering from this location again. Very Poor Customer service. Went in today for a sandwich and there was one lady behind the counter and what seemed to be an 11... year old working. I received no greeting at all.... In Fact the lady working finished the order she was workin on, had thelittle boy take it to the customer before me and she walked to the counter where I was standing and proceeded to restockbread. She did not look at me, acknowledge me, and kept reracking the bread as she told the young boy to go in the back andturn UP the radio. I literally stood there being ignored and as if I was not there at the counter ready to place an order. Shethen walked over to the sandwich making area and waited for the young boy to come take my order. I am absolutelyAPPALLED. Bless his heart, but he does not have the customer service skills to be doing the job and he had to ask her step bystep how to enter the order into the system. If she was trying to train him, he is learning the wrong way. I honestly couldnot order the sandwich the way I wanted because I knew he wouldn't understand what to enter. I don't know if Jimmy John's knowsthat they have an employee who is bringing an underage worker to the shop, but this is a labor lawsuit ready to happen. Thatlittle boy should not be working there. He also should not be having the work of one of your employees being pushed off onhim. That lady should also learn customer service skills before trying to train anyone because she blatantly ignored me andeven turned UP the music while doing so. Check your cameras JJ. For years they've had bad service, disrespectful and unprofessional employees with consistently late or cancelled orders.... Yesterday I called for a delivery, the guy who answered the phone answered and put me on hold for 5 minutes only to pick up andtell me they had no drivers. My immediate reaction was to state this, angrily unfortunately but still respectfully, to theperson who put me on hold before hanging up. The guy called me back to give me attitude. He called me back! I've had peopleanswer the phone with a crispy and confident, "Hello." If the parent company knew about this location they would have it shutdown. Matter of fact, out sunglasses on me and call me Karen because I might have to right an email to corporate. Read more

I have never had a bad experience with JJ until today... I've been ordering the SAME sandwich from my locations for almost a... year & my order has always been perfect until today. I placed my usual order, 1st they sent the wrong sandwich. I called theyremade the sandwich & delivered it. YET AGAIN not my order.... Makes me want to rethink even ordering again.
