I've been coming to this location for a while? as it is conveniently located 5 minutes from my apartments. But, I have to be... honest. I don't think I can keep coming here. Jimmy Johns' moto is that they're "freaky fast", but on my last visit, I know itwas almost 10 minutes before the guy even came in from his break to make the food. I'm flattered he thought I was pretty, but nolol. Their timeliness is always a hit, or miss. Also, the sanitation is a bit questionable. These people tap on the POScomputer, handle money, and then just put on gloves to prepare your food. Not gonna wash those? Not to mention, the way thesepeople wear no masks and talk over your food as they're sliding it across that dirty counter. Just, gross. Read more
Gave it one star to post my comment .. ordered online for the first time,big mistake ! Half the add ONS were not included yet I... was charged for them, called and asked for a manager, one of the employees asked me why !,so I told him why. This guy was veryrude and hung up on me so I called back again and asked for a manager again.. same thing happened ! When I picked up my order Isaw only one black male employee so I'm guessing that was him on the phone. I started to go back but decided against it...Iwould rather spend my money at a place that has respectful employees and not some rude ghetto employees !! My visits are usually great. I dine in and sandwiches are always made correctly. Customer service is normally good. But today... (8/12/22) around 11am two employees were arguing extremely loud. And the music was louder than it usually is. It was a bit much.Their behavior was very unprofessional.You?re across from a hospital and folks dine in to get away from the stress of being atthe hospital. I rushed my meal to get out of there. Horrible customer service. I placed a large order was missing 1 sandwich and instead of their manager accepting responsibility... for their mistake and apologizing she tried to justify it. It took 1 1/2 hour to get the missing sandwich. Driver gave me thesame justification, mentioned that he had to do all his other deliveried before coming back and then hung up on me when i keptasking for an ETA. Management - employees will follow your lead so if you have bad customer service expect the same from yourstaff and rethink the industry you're in. Read more

None of our sandwiches were correct! Missing items, vinegar and oil, peppers, onions. Drove a ways because I wanted only Jimmy... John's today. I probably won't go back. Great customer service! We need to see what they are doing, like the others sandwichshops! I could have caught my missing ingredients! Read more
