Messed up a Slim 6 order which should be vegetarian, but they put bacon on it. I called and the guy tells me the Slim 6 comes... with bacon, I should have ordered a regular 6. I believe him and just order a regular 6 for pick up. I get there and the menuclearly says Slim 6 doesn't have meat, it's just a cheese sandwich. I tried to explain to the lady at the store but she couldn'tunderstand. So ended up paying for a second sandwich because I didn't want to bother arguing. Side note, I said no tomato on mysecond sandwich (regular 6) and still got tomatoes. Tomatoes aren't a big deal, but they cannot get an order right to save theirlives. Lol. On the positive side the people at the store are nice at least. Read more

Twice I have ordered delivery off of DoorDash from this location. Twice it has taken an average of two hours to get my delivery.... Today I found out, DoorDash doesn?t deliver for this location, the store has their own delivery. Just spoke to the owner, whoaccused me of using profanities to the driver, which was not true. But I did give him a piece of my mind. With her attitude, Ican see why this location is lacking. I will never return to this Jimmy Johns. Read more

I ordered a sandwich online at noon. The restaurant phone was off and it took an hour. When I went to the store I saw... mudskippers touching white bread that doesn?t sit well with me ?. Hiring tadpoles to touch ur sandwich with stank paws. Gonnamake u puke. On the bright side there?s a get together on Thursday to light a cross ?. Byobs . Bring ur own spear chucker. :) Read more

Same as the other reviews- they are randomly closed, their phone number is disconnected, I ordered online and one sandwich took... 55 mins until delivered (and I couldn't call the store to find out the status). Don't count on this as a place to get yourmeal, you might drive there and they are closed, or you may miss your entire lunch hour waiting for a delivery. Read more

Honestly I just want the hours of this location to match what it says online. The past 3 times I?ve tried to go there (always on... my way home from work, between 5-6pm), a handwritten sign is on the door stating they closed at 3:00, another time it said 5:00.Today I decided to call before going (to make sure someone was there) and I let the phone ring for about 4 minutes beforedeciding that no one was there. Both their website and the Google search state that they?re open until 9pm. I get it if it?s aone-off thing. But hours of operation should be kept current, in my opinion. Totally fine if you need to close earlier due tostaffing issues, but at least update Google to reflect these changes. Really annoying to never know if this location (closest towhere I live) will be open or not when I?m going within the posted business hours. Read more

We placed a delivery order online which was confirmed with an email and went through the steps on the Order Tracker up until it... sat on Out For Delivery for an hour. I called the store to see and they told me flatly the order had been voided because theydidn?t have a delivery driver. No apology or offer to make the situation right just that I could come up to the store and ordersandwiches if I still wanted them. I had to specifically ask about the charge being refunded. For approximately a year i order staff lunch from this location. 29-34 box lunches once a month for my staff. Used to call and... the manager would look my order up and place it with no problem. I decided to walk in and order the same order i do over thephone and was told in person they could not locate my information to place the order and we would have to wait for a manager tocome in and place the order, safe to say that month i ordered from Jersey Mike's. I did call Jimmy johns manager whoimmediately recognized the order and i explained to him how it was handled. Today my staff selects Jimmy Johns and we gave themanother try, i call and ask for the manager. the young lady that answered the phone states she is the manager. I proceed totell her about our order and how the manager looks up the previous order i place, her reply is the manager will be back in ahour, call back then. No Jersey Mike's took my order immediately and we will continue to order from them moving forward. Spendtime training your employee's and the value of not letting the customer go without processing the order or securing the order. Iguess my $4200 a year is not enough to warrant their attention.
