This location gets 1 star because one of the guys working today 11/17 between 1:30pm-1:45 pm was very rude. The other agents... were fine but he talked really low so I could barely hear him and when I asked him questions he responded in a very snappyattitude. He was the taller white guy with a thicker beard not the one with the nose ring. Maybe he needs to go through anotherround of training on customer service. Read more

Just witnessed the worker be very rude to a customer and he was a older gentleman. The employee asked the customer was he... ordering..the customer said yes that's why I'm here..the employee said well order then..wow..and the manager/shift leader wasn'tfar away. Something needs to be done about this. I'm surprised he stayed and spent his money. Read more

I have enjoyed visiting this location several times a year. My last visit was VERY disappointing. First time I was not greeted... with a friendly hello or any type of acknowledgment, not one employee was friendly, I felt as if I walked into the Countymorgue. The sad part is the manager/supervisor was on the slicer and he is typically who greats you. After paying I did notreceive a ? Thank you? from the person checking us out. Friendly staff but the subs are way over priced for what you get. I do realize costs are up but there comes a point where the... price does not meet the value of product you receive. 6.5 inch sub $9 with tax. And that's by itself, no chips no drink...Better off making my own sub at home. Read more

Crew was very nice. Great teamwork. Food station was clean and food looked fresh. Good location, in a strip mall. Not the best... parking if busy. I had the giant club sub(white bread,mayo,turkey,ham, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato,pickles, bananapeppers,onions)I added bacon and mustard. Had mine as a combo. It was really good. I love Jersey Mike's...but even more I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS location...never been to any other location though....just cuz I love... this one the most. Everyone who works here is the raddest. I adore the staff. They often have a line to the door, but don'tleave ..I hate lines too, but they are soooooo efficient and super clean...it's worth the few minutes you'll wait. If you wanta delicious sandwich, made by super friendly staff (I have my favorites there ;-) ) in a very clean restaurant...come to thislocation. Read more
