i was hoping the salad trio was like Cafe Max's salad trio. It was not. The dressing on the cesar salad was too vinegary. Or... something. Just wasn't right. The pasta salad noodles were a bit to the "bit". could have been cooked for just a little longer. For the price, the serving size was smaller than anticipated. The roll was good. Ordered breakfast, desserts, and party trays numerous times from Jen's, and they never disappoint. Food is always excellent and... good portions for the cost. Everything is ready ON TIME, and staff is super friendly and helpful. Will continue to placebusiness orders with them for years to come, and many people in my office frequent for lunches as well. It's okay. The layout is like a cafe but it serves the same quality of food as a public university cafeteria with moderate... funding. They serve soups, sandwiches, salads, quiches, and pastas on occasion. There's a daily special and you could easilyspend around $12 for lunch. It's a bit pricy for something you could throw together at home with some salt and pepper and Iimagine you're paying for the convenience of it's location. The staff are all friendly, attentive and keep the whole place veryclean ????. So by all means, if you gotta eat something hot but quick, this would be it. Read more
This cafeteria style eatery was extremely pleasant. We arrived just before 11:30 and there were only a few people already... seated. But as the hour went along the seating became extremely sparse. The vegetable sandwich was great along with the cinnamonmuffin. The pricing was very reasonable to us for two full meals and drinks. Also, even with several people seated all around uswe were still able to carry on a conversation without too much trouble. Thank you for a great experience. Read more
I got the trio salad to go with chicken salad, pasta salad and fruit salad. Everything was delicious! I also got the lemon bar,... which on it's own I'd give it maybe 2 or 3 stars. It's as tart as a bottle of lemon juice and you can't taste the crust. Onlythe powdered sugar adds some balance, but not enough. There's a lot of parking but it can be hard to find a spot still duringlunch hour. I was still in and out in less than 5 minutes and the service was friendly and attentive. Food was great and staff was super helpful and friendly. Quiche was so good. Recommend the soups, salads for lite lunch. The... lunch specials change each day, so there is always good deal each day.
