Very very disappointing. That every time I go to this jack in the box location because it near home i order tacos and expect... fresh tacos but get very very stale tacos !!!!! It?s upsetting so unfair because we pay to get fresh food and get stale tacosin return!!!! Please may this owner do something to improve those tacos please!!!!!! Read more
This is the WORST Jack in the Box I have ever been to. The girls working last night had no customer service and continually got... my order wrong. I had to repeat each item 3-4x and I still had to go up to the window and correct the order. I doubt I will evergo to this location again. Read more
Restaurant employees are getting to where they act as if giving extra condiments like taco sauce packets are coming out their... checks...when most of the time I bet they have more than plenty. I'm pretty sure that's probably what the rodents eat on. Read more
Restroom trashed and not clean that says a lot to me. A food place with a nasty restroom
Incredibly long wait with a long line at 10:20pm. Ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl combo and 6pc chicken tenders with bbq... sauce. Employees here are noticeably miserable. When I got my food, they didn't provide me with napkins or a fork, they alsoforgot the bbq sauce. Chicken teriyaki bowl came out hot and tasted pretty good... fulfilling too. Chicken tenders came out warmand with parts of fat. Tasted average. They did hook me up giving me 10 tenders instead of 6. I'm guessing this Jack In the Boxis located in the hood because I saw numerous panhandlers in the lot. Parking lot is dirty. Read more
I usually love going to this jack in the box, almost always have great service and the coffee is always so good. But tonight we... came to grab dinner and the food was just horrible. They gave us old fries and we ordered a 7pc stuffed jalapeños and they werejust the worst thing they ever given us. They were stale, hard and tasted horrible. It seemed like they just gave us old foodand were like refried. So sad that it's just gone bad. Don't recommend this jack in the box anymore. Read more
Whoever makes the tacos for this location needs to be fired ? I?ve gotten tacos on more than 6 occasions thinking I will get... different results when it?s late? when I went there last night I even asked if I could pay for extra meat? I was told yes? gotback to my hotel and there was no extra meat? checked my receipt and was not charged for it it still had tacos that were mostlyshell and lettuce. Every time my tacos look the same? i don?t want to eat shells and lettuce? would be nice to actually havesome meat inside also like I was use to getting in Saint Louis before I came to Texas.
