I live 30minutes up the road from this restaurant. I ordered through the mobile app and redeemed points as well for a free jacks... spicy chicken, ultimate cheeseburger, cluck sandwich and a medium Dr Pepper to go alongside my food. I was sent a text showingthat Uber was delivering and by 9:50ish my food was being delivered. I was happy because I was super hungry but as soon as Iopened the bag, I realized it was not my food. I had been given someone else?s order. I called the store and had to call atleast 6x before I got an answered call. I told the person on the line what happened and that I just wanted my food. My husbandwas on his way up to the store now forced to leave, as we are both sick. The lady responded by saying I should get with themanager the next morning. This infuriated me. I told her I didn?t want a refund and that I just wanted to get my actual ordersince I received the wrong food. I was told again tog et with the manager about it. I explained to her that I was hungry now andthat I didn?t want a refund, I just want my order and that my husband was coming to get it. Next thing I know the line wentdead. She hung up on me, so I called right back. The second time it rang out until it disconnected. The third time, itimmediately gave a busy tone.z she took the phone off of the hook. Terrible way to handle the situation when all she had to dowas look up my order. I had already explained to her that I had all of the information. Very friendly and welcoming service by the bartender, it was a lady, didn't catch her name, we went yesterday, September 11,... 2022 from 2 PM to 5 PM for their awesome happy hour!! $ 6 glass of wine and $ 6 pitchers of beer!! I had their mozcato, verysavory and refreshing. Didn't try their food, but their crusty caramel creme brulee did satisfy my sweet tooth!! Located in theheart of Deep Ellum, this place has a big patio where one can enjoy a beautiful day such as yesterday. Will definitely goback for their Sunday happy hour!!! Read more
Please hire people who are fluent in English. The drive thru worker was rude and got my order wrong after I repeated it several... times at the window. The manager saw the lady struggling and still didn?t try to help her coworker. I ordered curly fries whichwas repeated by the drive thru worker and she still gave me regular fries. When I told her I asked for 4 sprites not 1 which shesaid yes I got it no problem at the window and then said she would have to charge me for 3 more because she only charged me for1 once I got to the other window to pay ???? please go to a different location. Edit: if you order... delivery from this location dont expect any condiments or napkins or even straws for your drink. Lazy employees *** update.Location still bad. The kids and I always come here a couple times while visiting family down the street from this location. We don't have a Jack in... the Box in San Angelo, so we have to get our fix while in town. The only thing we ever get is the breakfast jacks and shakes andthey are always delicious! You can't go wrong with the breakfast jack. My dad would always get my sister and I one before churchon Sunday growing up. Love this place and will always return when we are in town. It gets five stars from me. Read more
