This location has gone waaay down hill. I'm a homeowner in the area for 20 yrs and have watched it go up and down. I've giving... positive reviews with pictures. Pulled up to the drive thru and was told it'd be 10 minutes so we waited more than that to end up with dry barely warm food. I... got a Bacon Jack and the bacon was so thin and soggy you could barely tell there was any at all. This is my worst experienceyet. Read more
The customer service was terrible. I was the only car in line so I didn?t understand why I wasn?t greeted when I approached and... also had to say hello a few times. However when someone came to the speaker she had absolutely no greeting at all. When she cameon she said and I quote ?YEAH? so I chuckled it off after I told her which order I was picking up she replied ?alright? insteadof repeating the name and asking me to drive around to the window then after I received the food I said thank you still beingnice and she said nothing just closed the window. the person that took our order was outside talking, took our order meanwhile she was talking and we could barely even hear her,... she took about 5 minutes to take our payment and about 15 minutes to give us our order. Didn?t give us straw for drinks, friesare extra salty. One of the cooks was also outside smoking in the back. I was on lunch break, hungry and limited time. I ordered through the squawk box, but person taking my order never repeated what... I asked for, I gave up and said yes to whatever they indicated, drove to window and paid three times more than anticipated, couldn't use the coupon I clearly stated I had three times, tired, aggravated running late I accepted the order. Thankfully thefries were hot and salted to my liking, burger small but filling and two tacos I did not order, but person kept repeating theorder wrong. Not bad for fast food. Hash browns were good and satisfying. Quite a large size. The breakfast sandwich was satisfactory. It... was a nice sized portion but the sausage could have been more flavorful. Overall a nice quick bite to eat early in the morning. Go to the other locations, it?ll take a minute before management and corporate realizes why they are losing money in the... evenings. Lots of workers inside, but all disappear when it?s time to take orders at the drive thru. Save yourself and go downthe street. Read more
