Customer service is questionable. Monday night I went there, it wasn't late, door was open, I get in and waiting for making my... order, after 3minute one black employee showed up and ask me " how do you get in?" And told me step outside with rudeness. Iworked in a sales department long enough, in this situation he should told me- sorry sir, our lobby is closed, only drivethrough is open, I apologize for keep our door open. Instead of apologies he was rude. Never expected this kind of behavior. Ihope management should trained their employees to become professional. Read more
This Jack in box is usually pretty quick compared to those around Dallas. Last night they decided to close for four hours while... getting grease cleared out. No warning and still accepting online orders only to have drivers turned away. That could be managedbetter. Read more
I am a truck driver and I was delivering 1/2 of a mile from this plac. I walked a half mile down here because it said it was... open 24 hours!!!! Well it was after 10 p.m. and obviously because I couldn't drive my semi through the drive-thru they wouldn'ttake my order!!! The lady just sat there and stared at me!!!! Worst Jack in the box ever!!!! Do not get your food here. I got my order all greasy full of oil to the point were I could not... eat it so I called and they agreed to redo it. They got my redone order wrong so I told the lady and she catched an attitude asif it was my fault that she could not do her job right!!!!
