I just happened by this Jack in the Box. I was on my way to work and got detoured. I went through the drive thru. The food was... typical, no issues. I hadn't been to a Jack in the Box in years. I was surprised by how small the hamburgers are andnow. Recommended to people who like this restaurant. Read more

My word. Literally the worst treatment we've ever received and I'm not even sure where this was coming from! Pulled up to the... drive-through sign, the gentlemen told us to wait, and when he was ready for our order, (we were purchasing a meal, entre, side,ice, and a dessert) the man wouldn't let us finish placing our order and ordered us to go to the window. He interrupted us forquite a few times, so impatient considering the lack of traffic there in the first place; told us the total at the window and weexplained again that we weren't finished ordering, would've been nice if he confirmed to begin with if we were done, but I guesshe had better things to do. Finally after a while received our orders crammed in one bag and he shut the window before we couldask for utensils, an extra bag, napkins... were forced to eat on our laps with no adequate containers to keep our food,condiments from making a mess; horrible person, never coming back. Nov.1tdy me n my daughter's come here just about every other Sunday for lunch from Sherman tex.becuz we travel else where..but... my #4burger was perfect everything crisp!! It's was last Sunday too window lady was nice . my daughter's#5 was good too!!Ididn't hear a peep out of her till she finished. My other daughter ate tacos with extra cheese. I had the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant here at this location. I placed an order online on my way home from... work and stopped to pick it up. Nobody would answer me at the box for the drive thru so I pulled up. The woman at the registerwas doing something on the screen and either didn't notice me or ignored me, which I now suspect, and kept doing whatever shewas doing. After about a minute or two I knocked on the window to get her attention. She glared at me as she opened the windowand I told her I was picking up a mobile order. She said she didn't have any mobile orders and didn't have my food. I askedher to verify the address of the location so I could make sure I was at the right place and she just shrugged at me. When Iasked her where else my order would have gone and who took my money, she said she didn't know. I told her I wanted to speak tothe manager and she just shrugged her shoulders again and closed the drive thru window in my face!! I knocked, she walked away. I tried to go in to the lobby, it was locked. I knocked on both doors and the two employees looked at me and then went rightback to what they were doing!!! I tried numerous times to get in touch with the corporate office with no success. ApparentlyJack in the Box doesn't care how badly their employees treat customers. I've been using this location regularly since we movedhere two years ago, but I guarantee that will be the last time. I have never been treated so rudely by anyone in the serviceindustry, and she clearly needs to get a different job where she isn't helping people because that's not the kind of help ANYONEneeds.
