I asked for fresh food and they gave me cold food even after making me wait for 20 minutes. They still was talking in Spanish... and not trying to think that I was understanding what they were saying. Not knowing that half of my family is bilingual. Ordered a Southwest chicken salad and this is what I got. No corn, no black beans, brown soggy lettuce.... very disappointed
Messed up my burger, told me I had to come back in the same shift to have it replac2d and then they gave me back the same burger... I gave them cold still and they just added some lettuce and tomatoes. Not clean or professional. The lady at the window wasvery apologetic but if they gave me the same burger she clearly wasn't really sorry. I come here way too much to have aninteraction like this. Step up your game Read more
