Totally missed one order - where i used plain english. Omitted one other order that i paid for. All drive thru - so maybe that... guy is not competent enough to be on drive thru. Last week ordered onion rings and got chicken nuggets. Shame on me for goingback - i never will. But this is a terrible store. Read more
ZERO STARS why not just close this place down. I went here on 3 separate occasions and couldn?t dine in due to the doors being... locked but they did take drive through orders?.The staff and MANAGER WONT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU?RE OUTSIDE OR KNOCKING ONTHE DOOR. I will be reporting this store location to to corporate and also the BBB regarding this. I will no longer be going to this restaurant, everytime I go their dining room is always close, I get it that they don't have... employees, they just need to hired better people, and also drive thru be slow and pack, and now they sometimes have the drivethru close, only open for dash door or pickup divery ???? This used to be my go to jack in the box. Tonight was the third time in two weeks that I've come between 9:30pm and 11pm and... there are either closed, "the night crew didn't show up", or my favorite was tonight "temporarily closed to clean the venthoods", ill just drive further away to a slower but always open jack in the box. Not sure why actually being open when theysay they are going to be open is so difficult at this location but if you value your time avoid this location, they just closewhenever they feel like it. Worst Jack-in-the-Box in town. Twice I have been here and no one was attending the drive-through. I don?t know if they were... getting robbed or what. Today I gave it another try, and the employees don?t be able to seem to be able to convey how muchmoney is due, count American money, or make proper change. At least my order was complete. Read more
