Totally missed one order - where i used plain english. Omitted one other order that i paid for. All drive thru - so maybe that... guy is not competent enough to be on drive thru. ZERO STARS why not just close this place down. I went here on 3 separate occasions and couldn?t dine in due to the doors being... locked but they did take drive through orders?.The staff and MANAGER WONT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU?RE OUTSIDE OR KNOCKING ONTHE DOOR. I will be reporting this store location to to corporate and also the BBB regarding this. Worst Jack-in-the-Box in town. Twice I have been here and no one was attending the drive-through. I don?t know if they were... getting robbed or what. Today I gave it another try, and the employees don?t be able to seem to be able to convey how muchmoney is due, count American money, or make proper change. At least my order was complete. Read more
