The guy at the window last night October 28th around 9:00 p.m. was super friendly at the window. I placed my order and thanked... him but when I got home of course the chicken cheese sandwiches had no cheese neither one of them and we did get charged a $1.89for each. I always try to check my order which is frustrating because you shouldn't have to and it's hard to open up a burger tosee if the cheese is inside I wish they would make sure everything is correct so I don't have to be frustrated once I get home.(Jack in the Box please don't tell me your going to investigate, because you don't) how about you just send me back my money orsome coupons? I pulled up around 2 am on October 20th to pickup a doordash order. At the intercom nobody answers my "hello", even though all... the lights are on and business hours say 24hrs. I made an online order. I literally live 5-7mins from the restaurant. I get to the restaurant and let the staff know I have a... mobile order. The individual at the intercom stated that nothing was showing and if I had the right restaurant. I repeated theaddress off the confirmation email that was sent to me ? 6355 E MOCKINGBIRD LN?. The individual said okay hold on. Come back tothe intercom and said nothing is showing but I can pull up to the window. I get to the window and I am met by what appears to bethe manager. He shows me a receipt with my order on it and says someone just picked the order up about 5 minutes ago. I show himthe email that I received and asked how? He said they showed the exact same thing. I asked if they require ID he said no. I saidwell what am I supposed to do b/c my money is gon and I have no food. The guy tells me ?I don?t know?. Slowly proceeds to shutthe drive thru window. I asked for his name and he stated ?Terrence?. I asked for the corporate number. He closes the windowpull out his pull comes back to the window and give me a number and says ?ask yo speak to Daniel?. There was no I?m sorry aboutthis, let me fix your order, no verification that it was I who is the actual person picking up the order. So, here I am out ofmy money and out of food. I order jalapeño poppers and they were cold. They were the worst i have ever had at any Jack in the Box i have eaten at. Also... there was a guy standing at the drive thru window ordering. That is very unsafe and uncommon. The guy at the window seemedupset that i asked to have my order reprated. I will not go back to this location. I come to Dallas several times a month and itwill not be my go to at this location. I drive by it everytime on my way to my hotel. Buyer be ware is all i csn say. Read more

So torn with Jack in the Box lately. The attendants at the drive thru wanted to be very helpful, but it seemed that neither one... had been trained. The mic must not work or maybe my voice just does not carry. Either way my order was very much off. Could notconfirm order he order screen did not work either. Gentlemen work at 4:07 on July 2nd reject to take my order because of computer malfunction. When asked his name he neglect to... tell me and continued to get aggressive with when ask if this location was corporate or franchise. He refused let me know thatinformation. All was willing but o say is that his Manager Marcy would 9am. He continued to get more aggressive when I continuedto ask for more info. Then stated he was pull the battery from the drive thru so he could no longer speak to me. As stated inwebsite this 24 hr. There?s was no empathy just pure rudeness. Welp not in Jack's restaurant on I really don't see anything to rant and Rave about I mean it's just a burger I mean it's a... burger place I will say it's clean I'll also say that it's they're very small to be sitting inside of. The staff here seems tobe friendly but not overly friendly I mean ah the cashier but I had when I first came in her customer service was impeccable.I'm in looking at the parking lot I'll tell you pretty clean. Now there are two or three women or for women's diving some likethat work in here I am they're all in uniform so that makes it easy and the only thing they don't have on name tags so you don'tknow who who's identify who's doing a great job Mammoth far as business goes I mean even though I don't see anything to writehome about it obviously must be a very good company because this one has been busy non-stop since I've been here now whetherthere's other ones like to survive I would not have any idea but if you get a chance is that the corner of Abrams andMockingbird Mockingbird whatever that's called make sure you go to Google Maps and let us know what you think thanks a lot Read more
