You need to train your line cooks better. I had ordered Tacos through the drive thru. This location needs to be shut down. We live on park lane and come here a lot. They forgot to give our tacos over 10 times and... many more. I used to be sympathetic and try to understand but that?s money adding up going to waste. I had to get Jack in thebox corporate involved and get coupons mailed out because of the staff ripping me off. Tried going into their dinning room at 7:45am to order before work, but both doors where locked. Got someone's attention and... they just waved me off. If your dinning room opens at 6am, why are the doors locked? If you have NEW hours, you should displaythose hours so people don't waste their time. This location probably closes early too. Be aware!
