Stopped by for a quick bite and ended up throwing it all in the trash. Not only was the ultimate bacon cheeseburger cold, it... also had a very long hair embedded in the cheese. It's a basic Jack Box. Employees seem lightly seasoned with distaste....not sure if it's with the job or life. Classic drive... thru experience with your fellow customer in the vehicle behind you givin' off the creep vibes. They've actually improved from what they used to be. They used to have one person on grill and window on overnights and he spoke... only broken English. They now have more than one person, and they speak English. There's still always a long wait in drivethrough on overnights. The lighting is very poor for night customers. I went through the drive thru ONLY ONE IN LINE and ordered an Ultimate Cheeseburger. Got some far less expensive breakfast... sandwich. I'll never ever eat at Jack In The Box again. Ever. No, I am not driving back to your store to get the correct thing.Called the manager. Did he offer to make it right? In ANY way? Nope. If I could I would give it a 0 star!! Had just gotten off work and me and my family decided to get something before the night... ended. Our order was taken and once we got out of the drive thru we noticed we weren?t charged for a kids plain cheeseburgerthat we wanted. So I go in there and TRY to order it and I was told by the manager that they were close cus their cook had justquit. I was dumbfounded at the moment and was Questioning it but I just walked off because he is insisted his cook had quit andI didnt want my food to get cold . ( what I already had) We get home and our order is WRONG Everything . We asked for notomatoes and no onion on the #4 and it came with it was also suppose to have cheese and it didn?t .Kids cheeseburgers wheresuppose to have cheese and didn?t have any. My munchies meal I asked for light jalapeños and it didn?t come with any. I alsoasked to sub the onion rings for bacon (which I got charged for) and they didn?t even give me the bacon I paid for. Last but notlease the sprite on the kids meals had no CO2 I am so disappointed and will be coming back for my refund. Also, i recommend youget a new manager. DO NOT GO HERE!! This location is by far the worst jack in box I?ve ever been too. They are always out of product, they only... accept cash at certain points of the night, and they always give me a incorrect order! Tonight, I order the chick n tater mealand they failed to tell me that they have no tacos. Instead I got a box full of fries! If I would have known of course Iwouldn?t have ordered it. Sorry jack but this is the LAST TIME you see me at this location. They need some type of management.Also, if they would answer the phone I wouldn?t have had to take this to the internet. Read more
I ordered through the app and the drive thru attendant said they didn't have my mobile order and just stared at me like it was... my job to fix that problem. They also had trouble understanding me when asking how long ago I ordered (as if that matteredlol), and kept repeating the question like I was dumb. It was so frustrating I just left and considering the 6 dollars spentthe fee I paid to never visit this location again. Also, the person at the drive thru was eating some homemade meal from acontainer. I get they're human and must eat, but that's not something that should be done behind the counter. Read more
