Not sure who?s running the drive thru right now (approx 23:50 11/17/22). I heard how he spoke to the man in front of me and he... was very short and rude. After sitting at the window for over a minute, he said ?what?s your order?? And when I simply said ?canI get 3 egg rolls?? He said ?HOW MANY!?? I said ?uhm three?? And he said ?okay that?s all? Pull forward?. His attitude is sounprofessional and impersonal for someone working food service (I?m a restaurant manager). If I had a way out of the line, Iwould?ve just driven to a further location to avoid this man. ETA: I pulled up to the window to pay, and he barely opened thedoor and said ?$5.19 ?and I nicely asked him if he took Apple Pay. He let the door shut in my face and then stuck the machineout without saying anything. And then I asked for a couple extra sauces, and he groaned, handed them to me, and said ?the sauceis already in the bag ?and then slams the door shut in my face again. Horrible! Ordered 6 tacos and 2 of them had long curly hairs in them. Didn?t feel comfortable eating the rest of them.
Bad service can in asking for 10 fresh tacos large curly fries and 7 poppers came home and checked my fries where cold and stiff... popper where cold and stiff as well. came to return them came inside the guy recognize me and seen me with the back and told meto go to drive through I waited in line just to state my dissatisfaction. how now by the time he made we wait through drivethrough my tacos where cold just for him to tell me okay come to window and to rush me off the line gave me two bags he statedeverything was in there drove off the line and my tacos where still cold no fries.
