Jack In The Box, 1020 w. Davis is the worst!!! DONT ORDER FROM DOOR DASH!!! They will randomly cancel your order after leaving... you waiting, confirming and indicating they're filling your order! I've never had a problem with the food when it's available. Day crew hands down is better at service. Day crew gets a 5 for... outstanding service. My pm visits are 50/50. The pm staff doesn't seem prepared and sometimes it takes 5 min to be acknowledgedat drive thru. On 2 occasions I've waited a long time and then get told at the window the item is not available ???? Just letsomeone know immediately so their not waiting for nothing ???? Read more
This location did great by my book. We were running errands near this area and stopped by this location and placed an order... consisting of 2 combo meals, tacos and onion rings. We drove around paid and were told to pull into a parking space we did notwait long and when the food did come out everything was fresh and hot! You dont see this alot in other locations or othercompetitors drive through. Keep up the great work! Read more
Tacos were good, but this is the third or fourth time that they have played games and had me back up. I believe they are messing... with their ticket timer to try to make the tickets seem faster than they really are. That is extremely poor management. Theyhave done it to me at 11:00 am today, and other times they have done it at 3:00 pm. That is stupid and dangerous. Read more
Very poor service they didn't have cheese in burger. Then the taco was shelf eaten I call and call but they don't answer
Absolutely they worse place I have been. Placed a mobile order for pick up. When I arrived they weren?t answering they drive... through or phone. Sat at the drive through for ten minutes saying hello and calling the store. Never received my food and nevergot a refund. I have tried to file a complaint online three different times to no response. So don?t offer that as a solution Iwould love to meet in person and get a refund because I never received my food was charge. Your staff was hiding in the back notdoing their job. Read more
This is THE WORST JACK IN THE BOX . I love eating the food but this particular one is so poorly managed . I would like to... contact franchise owner because nobody ever wants to actually work here and they always have an excuse why they can?t serve you.Just left from here NOW and the lady said they are closed . When I passed by the window she seemed to be texting on her phoneand chuckling . Last I checked they are opened 24 hours . This is the second time in a row I have ordered the #14, the 4 crispy chicken strips and found the same issue. 1lg strip, 2 med... strips and 1small half size strip. Once I could understand, sort of. Twice, I now see a disturbing developing trend. It seems asif the large strips are being spread out and the 3 other strips are beginning to reflect an obvious reduction in size. That'sfine, if there is a price reduction which goes along with the size reduction of the product. I haven't seen a price reduction. Ihaven't heard anything about the four strips being three different sizes with one of them being less than half the size of theothers. When a chicken strip is barely larger than a McNugget, it's hard to call it a chicken strip. The third time will tellthe tail. Read more
