Went inside about 4-5 employees working stood at the register they never even looked at me for about 5 minutes Then two... separate ones came up and said they would be right with me . Not good 4 people at window socializing (only 1 young Hispanic man really workin, 1 manager on his phone and not working AT ALL... with 7 cars waiting in line. First order was wrong on 4 items. No sauce, no drink, wrong shake specs and they forgot moltencake. I had two orders. They informed me the second order wasn?t ready and told me to go back into line. I literally am walking distance from this place and try to avoid going there. They play this b.s game where they put cones to... block the drive thru & lock the doors when they dnt feel like working. Don't ask how I knw I just do. They do it morning, noon,and night randomly, lol remember this place suppose to be 24/7. Always make you pull up to wait for your order no matter whatyou buy and never get it right. I think they do that so you don't ask for sauces or if they forget something you don't go allthe way back in or thru the drive thru smh. JUST DONT GO THERE! Read more
On 5/21/22 a little before midnight I passed for late night meal . Although, they did forget three items from my order (chicken... sandwiches) when I called back to let them know Jessica recognize their mistake and offered a FREE meal for the inconvenience.I?ve always experienced rude service from managers when this happens (other fast food restaurants) so I was pleased and veryhappy with the outcome Jessica gave . Made an online order and go to pick up no signs anywhere that the place is closed until you get frustrated and go to the drive... through cashier window and see a tiny sign that its closed. At least leave it somewhere visable so you arent waiting. Now I justneed a refund from the app. Read more
I had a good experience at this location today. I ordered the sourdough jack. I haven?t had this in a LONG time and I was... satisfied. Customer service was good and i was offered condiments. Overall, good working staff during my visit at thedrive-thru. Will come back to this location again in the future. Read more
