The drive thru line was ridiculous. There was about 5 cars ahead of me and I know we were there over 30 mins waiting to get to... the window after we ordered. Not to mention the about 10 min wait at the speaker just to place our order. I wish I could saythat this is a shift thing but sadly it's always like this here no matter what time of the day or night you come. The woman working the drive thru on this particular evening was very rude and I asked for ranch she brushed it off and said I... can give you 2 for free but extra you would have to pay I always make it a point to ask because some locations automatically putit in the bag some don't the lady didn't put 2 in the bag she put 1 I had a bad day a work and I was really looking forward tomy tacos but now not so much I understand staff is overworked and underpaid but I'm just saying smile a lil more in this crazyworld laugh a lil more it'll boost your happiness and energy Read more
It says 24hours service . But yet we went twice before around 11pm-12am and they always say there closed or no one is inside... working while clearly you can see all lights are still on. This place is in a good location but I ordered a jumbo jack with no cheese and was give a jumbo jack with 2 cheeses and mu... husband ordered a number 4 with no mayo and was given a number 4 with mayo he took it back and then was given a number 4 with nomayo no cheese we ate half of our food and left was kinda disappointed and another customer from the drive thru came in with hisorder wrong as well Read more
There charging. 25 cents extra per sauce. The only one I know that are charging for there sauces. So yea I'm not going here... anymore. Yea is still the same now they said management is charging for it. You can buy $20 worth of food only to be charge25cents per package. You can have two meals only to share one buttermilk between the two meals. Read more
