They?re usually open but not always. I like their shakes (as the old 1980 maybe commercial briefly said with enough milk fat to... grease a tractor). I love their sourdough Jack. Not a fan of their fries - either one. I have not found a breakfast sandwichhere that I like either. Read more

My experience last night was awful , I spent a total of 28 minutes in drive thru. I understand being short staffed but the... employees had no since of urgency. After waiting for over 10 minutes my order was incorrect and judging from their previousactions I had no intentions on giving them the opportunity to hold up more of my time. This was a drive-thru order and my first experience with Jack in the box. Service was fast and the food we received was good, ... but our order was incorrect. We ordered two bacon ultimate cheeseburgers, and our receipt was correct, but received two justultimate cheeseburgers. I wouldn't have deducted a star for just that, but we had also ordered tacos and requested taco saucethat was not provided, luckily we checked for sauce before leaving the parking lot so we just went inside and got some. Terrible customer service, Very often I've missing items from my order. I called them to let them know I was missing items and... they hang up on me and I will not get an answer on the phone no more. The food is good but I suggest to pick anotherlocation. Read more
