this location has seriously downgraded. the last couple times I've gone my food has been cold and hard. the tacos are always... stale. WORST JACK IN THE BOX EVER. The woman in the window took my money, didn?t give me my food, and cussed me out because I refused... to go back around the 30 minute line AGAIN to get the food I already ordered and paid for. Then, she had the audacity to lockthe window and leave me sitting there with 3 cars behind me also waiting on their orders until every single one of us drove off.I?ll be back up there tomorrow to speak to a manager for sure. Pretty good but they only get 3 stars because it's a 50/50 shot of getting tacos that aren't either way over cooked and... completely soaked in grease (I mean completely where the shell is not even crunchy anymore, it becomes chewy), have nasty oldlettuce in them, or they only fill less than half the taco with meat. I get it's fast food but just wish the kitchens had a bitmore care to what they are serving. Read more

I have been a semi regular customer at this jack in the Box since I was a kid I used to go have a milkshake and curly fry... when... my parents would fight cuz I had a car but my License was only good for during the day cuz of my age... Id eat mycomfort food and wash my car and thru all the years the only bad experience I can remember was when their ice cream machineshake making magic machine was out of commission.... hope that doesn't happen again!! Place is a little bit hidden and drive thru is small, they take and deliver the orders quick, is always crowded but they have a... nice pace to make the line moving. Food is always fresh and orders accurate. Read more
It's okay, but not worth it for the long wait I had. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo over DoorDash and it was sad, I... bought extra jalapeños for it to be very spicy, but the chicken itself wasn't spicy at all just colored red and the jalapeñosbarely helped. It tasted fine, but when you order spicy food you kind of expect it to be spicy. Curly fries were fine, the dietroot beer was fine, it's all fine, just not very flavorful and the wait was 45 minutes, so definitely not worth it because ofthat wait. Read more
So I pulled at Jack in the box we wanted the munchie box for 15 dollars it says it on the sign that they were advertising... outside of the drive thru. Get to the window it came out to 21.65. We asked to speak with a manager because we felt like theyshould have honored what the sign said but he he said there was no manager on duty and he was acting manager and could not honorwhat the sign says.
