Hashbrowns were soggy. I had worked at a Jack in the Box and it doesn't take a long time to cook and have fresh... hashbrowns.. Should not premake the hashbrowns, it becomes soggy, super oily, and just falls apart. Please make the food whenordered not some 30 minutes old food. I have had better fast food in the past. Went ten minutes ago and they didn?t complete my order. So I went in, to let them know. All of the Mexican women had attitudes... and didn?t want to help me even though I just paid for my food. What a joke!! First off after ordering $21 worth of food including 4 tacos they tell me the little ranch dips cost separately. I... told them I have been coming to jack in the box for over 35 years and never been charged for that. They cited new management. Iwas like fine I'll pay for it. Then when I get home (3 minutes) away fries were super cold. Then when I opened the tacos all 4barely had anything in them. There were over two inches of shell on either side of the meat wow. I went at 8:10 this evening, just to be told they can't serve food because the cook was on break. Not a happy camper.
