I go to this location almost everytime & all of a sudden hash browns taste & look so old. Definitely not fresh !
Just stop by like 15 minutes ago for a late night snack, ordered some cheese fries but I always thought they used nacho cheese... to pour over them well I guess not, my fries with cheese look like they just took a square of cheese put, it on top of fries,popped them in the microwave for 1 minute and bam there are your fries ma?am, other than that Customer service was ok. Service and waiting time have become better. I remember back at the beginning of 2022 just to take my order they will take for... ever to a point that many people left and thete was only a few cars at the drive-thru and a fre in the lobby. Well that ischanging for good. My concern is that most tables are durty i have to ask an employee if she can clea a table, she did but i fora moment i thought she will clean the rest of it. Read more

Worst customer service. The girl at the window could not get my order correct on the screen to save her life. I repeated it to... her at the window and she gave me my receipt. I continued to the next window and told the man at the window my order was stillwrong on the receipt and he turned around and repeated it to the team. The team lead/manager yelled like an uneducated child?SHE DOESNT WANT MUSTARD?!? Another girl walked up to the window with an attitude and said it would be a 10 minute wait at thefront. I said no problem but I explained it to the girl at the window several times and she rolled her eyes and walked away. Ipulled forward and waited and the young man who brought it out was very kind (in n out burger material) so I tipped him and heapologized for his terrible lead & coworkers.
