This is my first time coming to this IHop .. I tried to order a sampler but there couldn't replace the regular sausage with a... turkey low fat sausage as they don't have it ... I am not sure why the healthy options is not there at IHOP. We dined in at this IHOP on a Subday around 1230pm and it was extremely busy. With that being said the staff was very attentive... and our wait was no longer than 30 minutes. Tables were being bussed and cleaned as people got up from them which made shortwork of the wait list. Food came out exactly as ordered and tasted good. Me and my boyfriend placed an order online on 11/3/2021 at 7:40pm. They sent me an email saying that my order was going to be... ready at 8:03 pm. When we got into the lobby nobody came until 8:20 to ask me ? how can I help you? I told the gentleman that Ihave an online order to pick up, he said let me check on it, and again nobody came until 8:45 and to tell me that they don?thave any order ready because they don?t have enough people. If they would?ve told me that in the first place not almost an hourafter I would?ve understood. I got my order and when we got home my boyfriend and I look into the bag just to find the meatcompletely burned, the eggs and everything just not right the two orders of mozzarella sticks hollow with no cheese. This place is unbelievably understaffed or badly managed or both. But yikes ???? Our server was really nice and did her best,... not her fault, but things were obviously falling apart here. Tables all around us went unbussed our whole meal. There was noone cleaning up. They actually brought us out plastic silverware and our food in to-go containers because they were out ofactual silverware and plates. Maybe they don't have a dishwasher right now? I don't know, but I've never seen thatbefore. The whole place just felt really dirty and disorganized. We won't be going back. The food was okay. ??????????? It's IHOP. Was having a good breakfast and good conversation when Glenda the GM came to the table and rudely asked if we were done because... she noticed our party had been here a long time and needed us to clear the table.
