Waited 1 hour just to get our order taken. The female server cussed the whole time, got in a screaming match with a customer, my... food was burnt and nats flying around our food! The absolute worst experience by far! Read more
This morning I was unable to work the online catering site properly I called in. A man named Christopher answered, he was very... friendly and walked me through the entire process. No matter how many questions I had he was very patient and kept me laughing.During the process he even offered solutions to save money. Very Good Breakfast Burritos and Chicken Waffles ????
We came here to eat breakfast! The lady took our name down and we waited no more than 5 minutes to be seated! Our waiter, he... was nice. He got our drinks quickly. However, it went downhill from there. We waited and waited for him to come back to take ourorders for 45 minutes. There was other people that came in after us and got their foods. He took another families order thatcame in way after us. We were done and left the table. Also, while waiting at the counter to speak to a Manager or to findsomeone to come up to us, we observed a waiter grab some food off a plate and eat it. He brought the plate out to serve acustomer. The manager was really compassionate. I'm not sure if we'll ever come back tough knowing the fact that servers aresticking their hands on people's plates are disgusting! Go to another IHOP. Read more
