So, this has been the 3rd time we come eat this place, mind you we use to come eat here all the time. The past three times here... recently the service was horrible. We sat with out anyone coming to greet us, no water for 20 min, finally I had to ask forwater. This happened twice. The third time we arrived and we were seated for 30 min before anyone came to say hello! So wewalked out and left! Customers were complaining that they were waiting for 45 min for their food. We were first time customers earlier this week and really enjoyed the food. Cut to today we go to call in an order and can’t... get through. We called 6 times and nothing. Their Google says they close at 9pm. We decide to head there to order for to go,arrive at 8:30pm. (I know it’s frowned upon to show up in the last 30 minutes of a restaurant close time but the first timethere the food came out very quick) my husband runs in and proceeds to stand in front of the counter for 10 minutes waiting forsomeone to assist him. When they finally get to him, “Washington” and “Kevin” tell him they don’t make any more foodafter 8:45pm. My husband explains all the events prior and all the guys can say is no to everything he asks. He then calls thenumber and not a single phone rings. No manager on duty to speak to, had to call Irving location that also couldn’t get aholdof the Dallas location. The first impression was great, this impression not so much. Tasty food and wonderful service by hosts and waiters , Very fast and fresh ! I got the pork banh mi and it was delicious! It... was made with a toasted bollio bread and 2 egg-rolls. I came in and stayed for about 10-15 minutes as I was on the go and neededa quick but healthy bite to eat, so this was perfect I was seated and order was taken with a few minutes. It’s also beautifulon the inside, next time I’ll come for a longer visit 10/10 would recommend! Read more
I’ve been here 3 or 4 times now. Each time I’ve gotten the chicken pho (my favorite!). I’ve had other pho and the broth... can sometimes be salty and not very good. I love the north here. I’ve also had the coconut smoothie with boba. Both areconsistently delicious each time. The place is very clean each time I have been there. The service is quick and very friendly!One of my favorite lunch spots since moving jobs to this area. I will be returning often and may try other items on the menu! Itypically stick with the chicken pho but these places seems like a good one to try other dishes I’m not familiar with as well. Read more

My wife wanted some pho & I just so happened to have this saved for her. So we took a little trip. Decor was really nice, staff... were friendly & food came out in a very timely manner. There's lots to choose from, but you might have to ask for somevegetables to add to your pho. Everything that we ordered was really good! I tend to take it easy with new places, but decidedthat I'd take a chance. Glad I did, because it was excellent. Read more
Watered down $5 fruit smoothies. We were told that’s how they come when we asked to have it replaced. That wasn’t very... helpful. Our food came quick but incorrect. We ordered plain white rice but we got white rice with hair. There was literally apiece of black hair in our food. The condiments were dirty. Server didn’t care.
