Before I explain why this is a one star review, I must say that I really used to enjoy this pizza joint. However my last order... was 45 minutes late and arrived lukewarm and undercooked. If the pizza is going to take a long time that's fine but theestimated wait time should reflect that. To add insult to injury, the pizza was ordered to a location a mile away or less. Cmonbruh. Order two pizza's and one pizza with green onions, jalapeno and bell pepper is very bitter. Called the manager and explained him... the situation. Did not bother to correct the mistake or offer an alternative. Spent $51 for two pizzas and 2 cookies. Definitelynot a good experience for the amount spent and quality. Read more

This pizza was definitely lived up to the hype. We were able to feed 12 people off of 3 large pizzas. They can do special orders... as well. Didn?t have to wait long for the pizzas to be ready. I will be coming back for more. Read more

EDIT: WOW! After a goofy experience, I was personally called by the GM of the store. He expressed genuine interest in seeing... how he can make things better, and surprised us with dinner a week later. Way to make this interaction into a great one! I will absolutely be back, and will be sure to tell my friends about this. You have turned me from a grumpy customer, into a guest forlife. Thank you! -------------------------------------------------------------- This one pains me, I love i Fratelli, thepizza, the local vibe and typically the service. Tonight was a massive disappointment. Ordered online, chose to pickup to save alittle time. Instead of saving time, I wasted so much of it. I arrive, 20 minutes after placing the order, to find it'll be afew minutes. Cool, no sweat I get being busy. 20 minutes later, still no pizza, and they are asking for the order again,whatever, lost ticket, these things happen. It took another 20 minutes for the pie to come out, which is understandable, butthe end result was a sad, sloppy pie (see attached) The part that makes this review-worthy, is that they actually made theoriginal order, while I was waiting there, sent it out to delivery, and got it to my house all while I was sitting there. Theyacknowledged the order was as I intended, and said if I waited for the driver to come back, I could have both pizzas,sweet! Nope, they miscommunicated that too, and he came back empty handed, after I waited 15 more minutes. They gave me acoupon for a free future pizza, which I appreciate, but this is likely the last dollar I spend here, sadly. It should nevertake over an hour to pick up a pepperoni pizza on a Thursday.
