I am very disappointed. My pregnant wife was craving a Häagen-Dazs coffee shake and so we went to get one at the Häagen-Dazs... shop at the Gallerya. When I went to order the nice lady said "I am to busy to work the Häagen-Dazs and cookies side. I hated my experience at the dallas location haagen Dazs. Karina was the one helping me and she was totally rude with what I... wanted. I showed her the redeemed coupon i had and she made me buy my icecream. I would never want to come here. I had a cup of the caramel truffel ice cream and a mocha frappuccino. The ice cream was great but the mocha frappuccino was not... that good. It didn't really taste like i was expecting. I was looking for something a little sweeter and more coffee taste. Thecustomer service was awesome though. I will be back to try the coffee again. Worst service. Ordered a milkshake from Häagen-Dazs and served it in nestle cup. I ordered it with whip cream and it was served... without whip cream. And the photo showed shaved chocolate on top but they never added it. Worst service ever seen inHäagen-Dazs. I wouldn?t recommend to visit this. Read more
