The vegan delight sandwich is pretty good. Be sure to double check they add the toppings you ask since I was missing my sprouts... even though I asked for it today which was disappointing since I was looking forward to them. Not many toppings inside. It’s agood option and thankful they have gluten free bread. Just wish there were other vegan options! Read more

Awesome sandwich shop. They have a great menu and their sandwiches are a good size. Everything tastes fresh. Personally, I love... the buffalo chicken sandwich with the jalapeno cheese bread! They have plenty of options and their lemonade is also really good. Read more

This absolute staple of the traditional sandwich shop is my basis of comparison among all sandwich shops. The one that was on... Garland Road when I was growing up was a frequent stop on hot summer days spent with my grandmother and great aunt.Unfortunately, the news that this final location on Lemmon Avenue is closing at the end of December 2021 made this tripbittersweet. The food is still stellar, the shop is charming and I wish I could hold onto this piece of Dallas childhood alittle longer. Bon Voyage, Great American Hero, the memories will always be fond. ?? Very inviting, cute Sandwich shop in the Oaklawn area of Dallas. The staff is phenomenal and the food is absolutely delicious.... The options are endless and the pepper sauce/spread is to die for. The inside is filled with wall art and books that patrons canread while dining. Highly recommend-- you will not be disappointed. Read more

I was so impressed with the Cuban! WoW what a great sandwich, it was packed with fresh ingredients and the employees were super... nice as well, but as a first timer customer I ordered online so I could pick up through the window and go... I did not mind the$2 convenience fee, except once I got there I still had to wait a long time for my sandwich to be made and I was the onlycustomer. So the convenience fee is not really a convenience fee for the customer. You are better off just ordering on thewindow and saving $2 Read more

Delicious!!! So grateful for the drive thru! The food was amazing. The service was great too! They gave us some dog treats for... our pup in the backseat, and welcomed us for our first time with a cookie! I was very impressed! Only complaint is that thecustard was not as creamy as I’d hoped, and it had some freezer burn. Perhaps it was just one of those days. Overall, happy! Read more
